These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") supplement the Terms of Service and cover the commercial details of purchasing and running a paid Map AI subscription. Where these T&Cs conflict with the Terms of Service on a commercial point, these T&Cs control.
1. Plans and pricing
- Free. Unlimited basic searches, maps, and citations. Premium insights are locked; signed-in users receive a limited monthly premium trial.
- Minimum — $19/month. Adds Competition and Lifestyle & Habits insights.
- Pro — $49/month. Adds Meta Ads targeting, unlimited PDF reports, priority AI recommendations, and everything in Minimum.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted at checkout.
2. Billing and renewals
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, on the day you subscribe.
- Your subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Payments are processed and stored by Stripe.
3. Plan changes and proration
Switching between paid plans takes effect immediately. Stripe automatically prorates the difference: unused time on your previous plan is credited toward your new plan on your next invoice. Downgrading from Pro to Minimum works the same way — the credit is applied on the next invoice.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
- Except where required by law, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused features.
5. Failed payments
If a charge fails, Stripe will retry the payment method on file. If the payment cannot be collected, your plan may be downgraded to Free until you update billing information.
6. Taxes
Listed prices do not include taxes, VAT, or GST unless stated. When required, we collect these charges at checkout based on your billing address.
7. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. New prices apply on your next renewal after the notice period. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree.
8. Promotions and trials
We may offer promotional pricing or trial credits at our discretion. Promotions are limited to the terms disclosed at the time of the offer and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
9. Acceptable use of paid features
Paid seats are for a single user unless a team plan is offered. Sharing paid credentials, automated scraping through paid endpoints, or reselling paid outputs as a standalone product is not permitted.
10. Service availability
We work hard to keep Map AI online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen events may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for such interruptions except as required by law.
11. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you.
12. Full agreement
These T&Cs, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Map AI for paid subscriptions.
